With a focus on maintaining the momentum of the inaugural years, Mark introduced innovative programming that appealed to a broader audience while staying true to the festival's cultural roots. His efforts contributed to the festival’s growing reputation as a cornerstone of Brownsville’s Charro Days celebration. Mark's tenure is remembered for his dedication to ensuring the festival remained a family-friendly event that united the community.
